Play TennisSEE is a six-hour instructional adult program for beginners or those that have not picked up a racket in years! Each participant will get hands on instruction from a tennis professional to learn all the basic skills needed to play a game of tennis.

 

You will learn all the basic strokes like forehand, backhand, overhead, volley and how to rally. We will also teach you about tennis etiquette, how to score and how to play for points.

 

Tennis is a great way to get active and get healthy and the best sport to meet new people and make friends!
